Possible stats:
Pros: +15% accuracy when still, +5% larger clip size, Enemies cannot hear you firing at longer ranges(silencer is responsible for this)
Cons: -5% damage, -15% accuracy when performing any movement tehnique(walking jumping.etc), cannot switch weapons while reloading. I think these should be balanced enough, that no weapon switch was only to baance the spam of the sniper rifle, because if you empty a clip, you would natturaly switch to a sniper, but no, with this con it cn delay the time by a little bit.

I think the stats should look like this :

Pros – On Kill : Gain Clip Size and Fire Rate, On Headshot : Gain 10 Critical Hits
Cons – No Random Critical Hits, -25% Clip Size, -25% Fire Rate

Just for shits and giggles here are what stats I want.

75% more ammo capcity.
Each kill up to 5 kills increses the clip by 20% which is five bullets.

25% lower firerate.
And maybe no random crits but it should be okay.

I know this probably won't be the stats but here is to hoping XD.
