@SpeisCheese can you change the textures from regular combines to synth soldiers?

my game almost all the time freezes and then crashes when i make the friendly synth soldiers fight the enemy ones

@GraffittiGecko synths are synths man. its no biggie if its canon or not.

I'm confused about the fact that there are "Elite synth soldiers" and "combine synth soldiers". Can someone please tell me which ones are canon that fought in the 7 hours war because the these ones were cut cut concept art but the others say they are canon. Which ones were canon and fought in the 7 hour war and which ones did not and are not canon?

if it crashes your computer then you have too many mods and too little storage and ram so delete some mods.

Yea I'm having the same problem as Josh down here. It's uh, it's a real thing.

I don't know if it's directly the Synths' faults or if it's the spawn platforms I'm using but if I kill enough of them in NPC battles, the game tends to crash completely and close either cause of ragdolling problems or something else.

why is the enemy synth toe deformed

The creator said, sadly, that he does not plan on modding for a while. Then again, he did say it in may. I dunno though.

I really don't know which one I used. There are so many. I desinstalled all my C17 maps, so I can't really help you.

Perhaps. But I still have to understand its concept. Also, I kinda stopped modding for GMod for now. But a new update may be released.

I have no idea what a c_model is. Do you talk about the First Person view model(hands and arms) or an improved ragdoll model?

Well because i test with multiple entities and NPCs at once, and, a lot of times, i use NPCs for sort of story kinda stuff with myself, i usually turn Ignore Players on so i can make some friendly NPCs go against the combine, and it'd be cool to see something like Desert synth Vs. Green Desert Synth in an epic battle, amiright? :> If it's not much of a hassle, that is.

I could, but if you want to have Combine Soldiers as allies, I recommend using NC tools for changing relationship(if you are on the Combine Side naturally)

Now all i need is a friendly version of these models.

There are a lot of tools out there, called NPC Tool, or Half-Life 2 Entities, which can change behaviour of AI. For example: You are with Combine against Rebels. Or you are with Zombies against Rebels, and so on...

speis is there a way where i csan just change the a.i to the one i spawned so it helps me?

No, there is another one called Super Soldier NPC, containing the big Synth soldier. But you are right if it concerns this model only.
