Seems that this mod stopped working after the last few updates. Could you check it out please?
I LOVE these catwalks on my buildings
I really wish I didn't fail at modding. I really wanted to revitalize this mod.
Thanks!
Thank you
The mod should still work, they're essentially decorative armor blocks.
Just go to the Mod Folder (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850\491315206) open the 927063683526543972_legacy.bin with 7zip, and extract the Data\CubeBlocks_Catwalks.sbc file.
Edit it with notepad++ or so and add "<IsAirTight>false</IsAirTight>" to every <Definition> group
Finally drap and drop the edited file back in the 7zip window to overwrite the original one.
@Nova, try moving this mod higher in the server load order. Load Order is Everything when it comes to modding. I learned that 15yrs ago when I first started modding Morrowind and then Oblivion.
@Nicogalax, they're not going anywhere, I would never do that to you guys, I love my community. <3 It's because of my community, everyone using my mods, and all that, that I'm now developing my own video game, instead of just modding them.
@Nova, I can't think of anything that would cause these to behave that way. These are super basic blocks that don't have a lot to them. They shouldn't be causing any issues. My best guess would be some weird conflict with another mod.
@NovaCharlie, Is it possible that another mod is conflicting with this one?
I'd like to know if anyone else can confirm this issue on Dedicated Servers because I'm about to start up one with this mod on it.
I hope your vision works out. It's be nice to see modders able to earn some income from their work and I hope the future of gaming is that direction instead of companies remaking their engines every few years and reinventing the wheel for the sake of bleeding edge graphics.
If SE sponsors the development of this game (currently dubbed Project Universe), we could see a ton of updates to my SE mods, as I'll be able to safely work on modding a ton, while simultaneously working to develop my own game.
