Stats:
+30% damage on camouflaged enemies
+25% iron need for upgrade and repair
-25% movement speed
-25% ATK speed
On hit target bleed for 5 seconds

The model is good, but the textures need work. First step is removing the heavy normal map from that blood, no other blood texture in TF2 has a normal map, and here it just makes it look like thick paint.
