you should try to fix this

If you want to move the arms try whiplash MART (mouse aimed rotor turret) script.
Ano 8 Dec, 2018 @ 1:12pm
can you make a robot out of this?
artfulmonster34 21 Oct, 2017 @ 12:43pm
I wanna learn to build one myself, seriously they are very very well done.
Its very cool and very well done.
NTSFMagellan 11 Jul, 2017 @ 11:57am
Somebody Needs to make A Script that makes it walk normally. Maybe Even a mod.
BAZELgeese 18 Apr, 2017 @ 7:38am
Can we have a cargo mech with 4 instead of 2 arms? ;D
CplCrutons 9 Mar, 2017 @ 3:11pm
are there other suits?
Sug 26 Nov, 2016 @ 9:15am
@Yoloswaggins23 cool, thanks

amazing look cool
i like this Exo-Suit Model-A [WALKING]-ADSCENSIO
Rity  [author] 13 Aug, 2016 @ 12:05pm
I'm really only interested in bi-pedal stuff
Sug 13 Aug, 2016 @ 11:47am
have you ever tried making a quadruped version? it could be extremly stable, work on planets, and also allow for better aiming, you could make the top halk roatae to make it like like a mobile turret or, something like that
Bunnies&Cherris 7 Aug, 2016 @ 5:11pm
Yeah. Steam is just not the greatest at all about that stuff. Hope you keep on making this stuff, your work is really awesome.
Rity  [author] 7 Aug, 2016 @ 4:15pm
tbh I'm mostly into the smaller mechs, i think theres a few large ones already on the workshop though.
stinky 7 Aug, 2016 @ 9:08am
you should try and make a larger one of these, maybe like the ones from Pacific Rim?
Rity  [author] 6 Aug, 2016 @ 8:48pm
Yeah It's pretty frustrating. It sucks because stealing people's creations just makes them (people like me) not want to upload new stuff. I try to call people out who do that, usually they just delete it and pretend they never did it. Steam sucks about policing uploads.
Bunnies&Cherris 6 Aug, 2016 @ 6:51pm
I'm so pissed people keep stealing your things. This design is so damn cool, and I thank you for putting it up. At least we will know that this was your design.
stinky 24 Jul, 2016 @ 10:30am
Do you think you will ever manage to get these working on planets? or maybe make more mechs?
Concrete Slurper 5 May, 2016 @ 6:34pm
I think that something that would really help this creation would be the use of the mod that lets you control blocks through your mouse and keyboard buttons (Im blanking on the name) it would make moving much easier, and aiming possible. Although the best solution for the aiming problem in my opinion would be to use that script that aims rotor turrets at whatever an iterior turret is aiming at. It would make this walker work SO much better.
Mr.-RedFloof 9 Mar, 2016 @ 7:35am
Makes sense, unless its a multi-legged exo-suit that can adapt to this though programmable blocks, its pretty much hard, i understand what your saying though.
Rity  [author] 9 Mar, 2016 @ 12:09am
Yeah, at this size alot of the problems come from weight vs SE being bouncy and glitchy. if the build was larger alot of that would be mitagated by the weight, but at this size it seems to be a problem.
Mr.-RedFloof 8 Mar, 2016 @ 8:19am
Have you tried reverse joint vs bi-pedal? cause there practially the same, execpt how they function.
Rity  [author] 7 Mar, 2016 @ 3:07pm
Psycho-lynch-There are some great ones out there, but I don't really care for 4 leg mechs. Bi-pedal are way cooler to me.
Mr.-RedFloof 7 Mar, 2016 @ 11:17am
Just a random question: have you ever made a 4 legged exo-suit? cause i think it would im prove stability, but lower movement.
Rity  [author] 6 Mar, 2016 @ 5:13pm
Le Katana- you can add whatever you want, but please don't reupload. I'm sure if people want to add a turret they don't need someone to do it for them.
KTN_ 6 Mar, 2016 @ 11:56am
I'm thinking of adding a turret to the top so this would have 100% Accuracy all of time. I just want to get your permission.
Bromastiff 29 Nov, 2015 @ 5:18pm
I forsee a video of dancing robots coming lol
Mr.-RedFloof 25 Nov, 2015 @ 1:33pm
I guess your right about the jetpack interfeariance, i think its possible, but the thing would need to be modified in design, i guess its a good idea to not have jetpacks on them.
Rity  [author] 23 Nov, 2015 @ 12:14am
@Psycho-lynch it doens't work because of the way multiple grids work ( the arms and legs ) it just can't balance them and it basically doenst work.
Sug 22 Nov, 2015 @ 5:56pm
there already is a jetpack version, when its doing that fly by of the suits, the one that kinda looks like it has a beak, the silver one, it has a jetpack, its meant for things like E.V.As and in space combat, except its nnot good to get to far from your ship, i tried it out and...you really need somewhere to land every once and a while, like the outide of the ship or something.
Mr.-RedFloof 22 Nov, 2015 @ 4:09pm
Maybe i might have overthought that. none the less good design. one question i do have left if you get this, is it possible to have a jetpack version of a exo-suit or is it too much to ask for?
Sug 22 Nov, 2015 @ 10:02am
even if i do give it a working add on, i dont even know how to upload stuff on the workshop, and frankly, i dont really care about that, if i did it i would give it to you, the blueprint and the credit, cause i dont really care about credit
Rity  [author] 22 Nov, 2015 @ 9:44am
@Psycho-lynch it actually already has a remote control system, however setting up sensors and the like is a pretty big waste of time ATM as mechs are pretty unstable/reliable in SE as it is.

@M_steel you can give it a go if you want, however it's just far to small and would need to be rebalanced. If you haven't made walking mechs, it's the most difficult part of the process. If you do choose to do it however, I'd ask you don't upload it. Unless you are going to make your own mech without my base I'd rather you not. I've like 8+ people just repaint/add a block and call it their own and upload it, with no credit. It's really starting to make me think twice about uploading to Steam.
Sug 22 Nov, 2015 @ 8:57am
you know, if your not sure with the claw idea, since i have subscribed to this, how about i try and add claws too it? if it doesnt work, then you didnt waste any time trying, if it does work, then, well again you would not have wasted any time and can use them.
Mr.-RedFloof 20 Nov, 2015 @ 9:04pm
Nice design, however, have you explored possiblites of making unmaned versions of these? Or npcs? It would take time, but would using a programmable block for these help? To be honest, is this asking a bit much?
The Wonderful Amazing Trashboat 19 Nov, 2015 @ 3:13pm
Yeah at the very top of the page where in small letters it says workshop then [CS]Rity's Workshop click [CS]Rity's Workshop and it will take you to his workshop of only his items that hes posted to the workshop (it's right above the workshop title if you still miss it not sure how clear I was)
Sug 19 Nov, 2015 @ 2:07pm
does anyone know how to check this guy's other creations? like, a list of all his creations? i really want to see what else this guy made.
Rity  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 1:26pm
I think this mech is way to small for that, but maybe on a larger one
Sug 19 Nov, 2015 @ 12:20pm
thanks! also really consider that claw idea, i think it would be a real eye opener, shouldent be to hard, just 3 or 4 rotors to make the claws open and close, you should really consider it.
Rity  [author] 19 Nov, 2015 @ 2:46am
@M_Steel damn, thanks for the high praise! I'm glad someone else appreciates small mechs. I find it alot more interesting, and difficult. I have been messing around with making new mechs, and making them work on planet but its a pain in the ass. Thanks again!
Sug 17 Nov, 2015 @ 1:20pm
but still, best thing i have ever seen, your even higher up my list then that mod that adds wings, so you can make real working planes on planets, it use wind abd everything, sort of... but still, really cool!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sug 17 Nov, 2015 @ 1:19pm
this...is....AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH MY GOD THIS IS SOOOO COOL!!!!! lately everyone is only make like, huge ass mechs that are impossible to control and too huge to be useful, but this exosuit is aweomse! you should make ones with drills and welders, like, use a mod that has small ones thouhg, cause i think the drill might be too big, and maybe one with a claww that can open and close, i could image chasing a player in a mech and grabbing them with the claws and picking them up, and carrying them around, and throwing them, that would be awesome, or for the same use as the landing gears but more immersive, its so perfect exept how much you shake,if you could makybe add some more joints in the legs you could get everything to timed just right so it would not shake soooo much in first person, also maybe a rotor at the bottom of the torso that is controlled by the mouse so that it turns just the top half without messing up the legs.
The Wonderful Amazing Trashboat 28 Oct, 2015 @ 4:56pm
These require rocket launchers....and gravity cannon arms....oh the possiblilities
Rity  [author] 2 Oct, 2015 @ 9:53pm
xspeachy - They were just proof-of-concept, built on old versions of the one that walks. I need to make them work properly and at this point im going to wait for planets to make them work with true gravity.
Canteloupe 2 Oct, 2015 @ 9:06pm
This is really cool but can you also give the links for the other exo suit things?
:steamhappy:
Major_P0tat0 26 Sep, 2015 @ 12:03am
yetimaster you place a projector then you open it through a control panel then wait a bit until they come up then click one then press okay
KolegaReanimacy 23 Sep, 2015 @ 9:20am
what mods need?
