Maybe they couldn't afford a bigger peice of land to build the villager houses so they built up.

You could add an elavated railway that goes underground to a build section
or perhaps a river for boats, or a bunker. I dont know.

You can enter one and it gets you on the roof, i wanna fill the map with more, the only bad thing is that my ideas are very limited, if you have some nice ideas it be awesome if you could add me! :)
