They both replace the mesh. I don't have the files on my computer anymore, but there should be either a folder with all the models or a .bsa file you can extract in your skyrim/data folder.

is it possible to get access to the mesh to make this hdt compatible? i'm looking to try and make th robes flow instead of being glued to the legs and i think doing that and this both replace the mesh

I subscribe and ent to craft it with all the materials, but it won't show up as a crafting option. Is there something specific I have to do before making them? Also none of my mods affect the thalmor robes except this one.
