there's a T room located in the left enterance (the one closest to the big dumpster) of the Apartment complex.
sadly no. I made a choice early on to not include them for multiple reasons (one being that getting the rooftop to scale was a challenge to do all in one map(in case you didn't know, Valve put a loading screen between the acual apartments level and the rooftops area) and also because I felt that it might hinder some gameplay. Who knows, maybe it'd be better to add it. Suggestions are always welcome.
