@rmacmillan1 no, armed guards do "get tired" but it doesn't cause any effect on them. This means that if an armed guard is assigned to a patrol, it will remain there for some time, then another will come to take its place, but the first one will still be standing right there, unless there is another patrol spot to get to.

So yes they get tired, as in they can only do one thing for a certain period of time, after which they stop that action, but they are not actually tired, as they can immediately do something else.

I havent even subscribed to the mod so idk because my armed guards are definately getting tired

@rmacmillan1 are you sure you don't have the mod applied? Armed guards not resting is an acknowledged bug: http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=9448

im sorry but your game may be glitched because in update 1 (not version 1.0) I still see armed guards getting tired and resting in the armoury so I find this to be a little useless

@rmacmillan1 They do suppress prisoners. In the past, armed guards would get tired like other staff and need to rest. This mod adds that back.

I know this is extremely late but I though armed guards suppressed prisoners so that they dont kick off

why dont you guys understand this mod? prisoners get pissed of when being around armed guards. so u let them patrol to certain times and after that you want them out of the way. without a mod they just keep standing there like they are a statue of some kind, which drives your prisoners crazy.

Still dont understand what version are you on because alpha 36 I KNOW armed guards rest without this mod plus the whole guard wandering in the armoury thing is so useless because what if a bloody armed guard was in there resting. He would get up and attaack the rioting prisoner so completely useless

Wait got it working I know why my Armed guards did not go to the Armoury it was becouse I had sealed the door shut so there was no Path Sorry. Also my Guards are Workign again I was also on a old save so yeah :l

Only Regular guards rest+Armed gaurds will not move untill told

nt understand this mod cuz 1. armed guards do get tired over time and 2. guards with no duties will stand in like the deliveries or yard which is pretty useful
