Nice missions, some of the best on workshop. Thanks. Thanks also to @Scutarius for the tip.

This mission, like other subscribed missions from Workshop, can be found in your "Program files/Steam/userdata/57747792 (maybe in other PCs the numbers vary)/ugc/referenced" folder. Inside "referenced" you'll see a lot of folders named "433822229262854848" and things like that. Inside one of them are the files you're looking for: "Blinding%20the%20Bear%2e.woodland_acr.pbo" and "data.vdf". Make a copy and place it inside your "steamapps/common/Arma3/Missions" folder. Then you'll be able to play this mission normally.

In the briefing screen I got an error message saying that there's a broken link to a fixed object and that I needed to go the editor and fix it, but I ignored it, played anyways, and so far it works.

Thaks to Killjoy for all his work. You did an amazing job (as usual)!

Hi! Mission lost?
varus 10 Sep, 2017 @ 6:25pm
or put the mission in "x:\Steam\BlackOps\steamapps\common\Arma 3\Missions\" and you can play it.
BTW - very nice mission. Well done as always. Thanks so much

@Lon'qu The mission may be outdated as it wasn't updated as often as the workshop version. Then again, the whole collection is outdated so it might work fine.

I'm havin' the same problem as Viking. Mission doesn't show up in the scenarios list :( Is it poss to manualy install it?
killjoy  [author] 20 Sep, 2016 @ 4:16am
The series isn't complete anyway. Mostly because the main mod East Vs West is no longer supported or updated.
Norðmaður 20 Sep, 2016 @ 4:05am
Oh well, guess i'll never get to finish it :/
killjoy  [author] 20 Sep, 2016 @ 12:50am
@Viking Thanks mate, glad you enjoyed em so far. To be honest i've no idea why it might not work. Keep in mind these missions were released a long time ago, with outdated mods and I haven't really touched them to keep them updated.

I just finished the 4th mission, very well made i must add. You are a talented mission maker.

I have a problem with the 5th tho, i sub to it but it does not show up in my game, i have tried everything you can think of.

This might just be my favorite of the lot. Everything works nicely. Great work.

@Fran Wheeler: Glad you've enjoyed it, greetings from Australia. I'm not so sure it's a bug... Maybe just because you're down in the long grass, dead of night with fog, and enemy inftantry aren't kitted out with NV equipment. But then again, it may just be poor AI. I'm not sure.

Thanks for the kind words.

@H.o.p: I agree, the Workshop is just flooded with crap. A lot of good content gets pushed to the back because of so many pointless things being uploaded for clans, or test missions etc etc that never get removed.

I try to do a bit of research on the setup of fortifications and what not, i think it helps.

I'll have a look at those Move waypoints, probably just something i've left out in the scripts, Haven't found the PRAGUE typo. And i do agree with the voiceacting, it may be hard for people to figure out who's speaking when, and my accents are terrible.

But finding other people who are willing to give their time for free to do it isn't easy.

Thanks for following mate, i'm working on the next mission at the moment.

I really like your missions. They feel very realistic and inmersive, just the type of stuff i love. In the last mission "Shilka hunting" i destroy every objetive and escape safely reaching secondary extraction point south of the objetive. When i was near this area a lot of enemies surrounded me, very near to me, less than 1 meter but they didn´t shoot at me and it was very weird, i think it was a bug or something. Finally they started to open fire and i stand up and ran for my life until i reached the end of mission. It was very excinting. Keep doing your awesome work i really apreciate it, greetings from Spain!!!. (sorry for my english).

Since the workshop interface change half a year ago or so, it's hard to find decent content here. So I'm glad that I'm following you since the first episode! ^^

As it was already mentioned, the atmosphere is fantastic. I really like the detail put into fortifications that makes them seem much more realistic. I actually point out your missions when I teach my clanmates how to prepare decent scenarios for our sessions!

When it comes to critique, there's "Move" waypoint at the beginning of the missions which is stuck there until the end, you have a typo in PRAGUE somewhere in briefing and your scenarios could use multiple voiceactors.

Other than that, amazing. I'm really enjoying your work! Thank you.
