50% more bullets
50% less damage
20% faster
20% less accurate (its obvious heavy will be drunk)

As a unique item, what does it do, what is it supposed to be? I agree a beer themed item for the heavy makes total sense since he is russian. But i'm voting no until you describe what its supposed to be shooting, what its supposed to be, and what stats would make it accurate to what it is and yet still balanced for regular game play.

Any word on when the skin will be made available for other miniguns? I managed to get the meshes and textures to work for the Iron Curtain by extracting the files and messing with them, but I can't get the sounds to work without the vpk for some reason. Also, the steam effect doesn't go away when the weapon is uneqipped.
