Yes, I have found quite a few to keep me busy for a while. I also have other projects and each get a few days work before moving back to the next. This way it keeps each faction fresh and more enjoyable to work on. Also have other games I will play for a break inbetween but will get more done soon.

Thanks for your help apart from the cheating part showing up from what I see the majority of ship designs now appear, think only a few missing probs take a few game loads up to appear I'm guessing! Really grateful for your assistance, keep up the good work, looking for more designs! =)

Also, the tild key works in the main map screen. Plus you will need to start a new game once you download a new ship for it to come into game under the download tab in the new design. Then you can save it to your game. Hope these work for you :)

admin might have to do it as a admin and the word cheat has to be added with a space added between " cheat and it`s under target. It might have to be done under admin rights too? Also, may have to start a new game to have them show up?

Thanks Omnibus, I've tried changing the name in properties where it says "cannot open" even if making it open with Gal3.exe when it opens I cannot open the command menu. Unless I'm doing it wrong. And in options I have that selected.

Thanks Striking. Sure, you have to unlock the tech for the hull type. You should have small, tiny and cargo but the rest are unlocked threw the tech tree. You can use a cheat. Find the game .exe launcher and create a new one (keep both), right click the properties go to target and type cheat at the end. should look like this: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Galactic Civilizations III\GalCiv3.exe" cheat
This should allow you to open the command menu with ` (tild key) and type in unlock to unlock all tech and you should have all ships there. Also, in the Options, in the Gameplay tab is a "show all Ship Design", check that may also help. Let me know how you get on.
