This should have the same effect that the Huo-Long Heater does, (Ring of flames) except the ring is much smaller, (Just barely covering the heavy) and not consume 6 ammo per shot, but has 10% less damage. (Maybe) I'm just throwing things out, but I love the model and the idea.

Unless you include a Bullets per Round penalty, keep in mind that 4 bullets (in this case, lumps) are fired per round, making 1 gauranteed lump of fire every round, so a pyro with dispenser can continuesly fire, making the weapon OP

Desc: I don't think you'll be on the naughty list next year. I really want this to be added in Christmas 2012. This with BMOC, All-Father, Holiday Punch, and some sort of milk/cookie sandvich. Or better maybe even make Mad Milk equippable by heavy.
