Click Subscribe > Go onto create server in tf2 > find cp_sandvichstorage. That should load up the map. If you want to play with bots, however, you'll have to have console enabled. If you do have console enabled, turn on sv_cheats 1, type nav_generate, wait for your computer to reload the map, and then type bot_add 24 or something along the lines of that. Hope that helped!
