Report a translation problem
Since the No Smoke mod changes the way that the CC buildings work, both mods are trying to use the same smoke files. Whichever mod is on top will win.
Put the No Smoke above CC. It will turn red. This is absolutely expected behavior. It will be fine. :)

You can get diagonal roads by highlighting the area you want the road to be and then hit/hold shift and let go of the enter key. Hope this helps!
But this could be stated into description, although it's common sense.
