Tried it with Banished version 1.0.7 vanilla no other mods running except this one, as well as CC 1.76 Journey. It didn't seem to work for me, but maybe others are still have some level of success with it.

It should be save game compatible. You *might* need to click the Work button twice on a building to turn it off and then on again. Or it might just work right away.

When two mods turn red, it is not saying that they are not compatible. It is saying that they conflict. There is a very big difference between the two.

Since the No Smoke mod changes the way that the CC buildings work, both mods are trying to use the same smoke files. Whichever mod is on top will win.

Put the No Smoke above CC. It will turn red. This is absolutely expected behavior. It will be fine. :)

still having a problem with CC 1.62. I have it on top of the load order, but it still says they are not compatible.

@Lori, This mod is slightly out of date, yes, I was waiting for Luke to finally take the game out of beta to update CC addon mods. Now that Banished is stable, I'll update this to the current version later today. :)

for some reason this mod doesn't seem to work anymore.... does this maybe have to do with CC 1.62?

Placed this mod at the top of the list and enabled it. Still doesn't work. Also it seems to not be compatible with CC? When both are enabled, they both turn red.

You can get diagonal roads by highlighting the area you want the road to be and then hit/hold shift and let go of the enter key. Hope this helps! :steamhappy:

Same as Lorthar, I placed and enabled the CC No Smoke mod above everything else and it still doesnt work. The 2nd and 3rd mods are the CC:NF patch and CC:NF respectively.

pathfinding is fine, the AI takes the fastest way, given that roads only give a little speed boost its faster to cross fields most of the time.

Does this really help ? I think path-finding is the biggest problem atm
