Didn't observe any overshoot behaviour yet.
I'll upload the MD-90, 737-300, DO 328 Jet, Learjet 60 and Embraer ERJ135 today or tomorrow I think. I just need to create new screenshots for them ;)
Btw. These planes won't have any working landing lights as those cannot be created yet. I'll update when they are possible!
In this update were some new options added ("random speed" and "highway speed"). All planes behave the way you've discribed, even the vanilla one. After deactivating those options everything was back to normal.
The other possible reason for this behaviour could be the way you build the airport - remember: Both - taxiways and rundways are "oneways" - also it's not a good idea to make the runway of the original airport longer. That will lead also to wired effects.
In my test cities I operated that plane for days before I released the current update.
