So turns out I had the muse, although I am not sure this is what you had in mind hehe. Remember, if you don't like road/ped path etc. you are free to edit this as you see fit. It still really works like a water tower does. A water pump (that attaches to the various DLC flood protections etc.) is not something I can actually do. As in, I really don't know how to do them ;p

Hey there, sadly I don't mod Skylines anymore (because I don't play it anymore), and this was a 1 time proof of concept. Creating a new building would mean making a new mesh, texturing it and UV mapping it, having the texture already as image file doesn't really save a lot of time...., and that is quite a lot of work for a building type I'd honestly not use since it doesn't fit into the 11x11 complex I made these buildings specifically for. And while it would be nice to have made all service buildings, in the end I liked other workshop assets for those and could never match their graphical fidelity or design without huge effort. And yeah, as I said, I don't play Skylines and I don't mod it (currently)

If I ever get a phase where the stars align I will think of your request, but it'd have to be connected to me getting re-addicted to Skylines again, since I don't mod things I don't play.
