@JhonnyKiller45 well realistically a winter glove wouldn't do a whole lot of damage (warm, soft inner coating), but the faster firing speed is a good idea.

we can switch the stats around

+25% Faster firing speed
+25% Faster weapons switch
-10 or 25% Less damage

My suggested stats :
+10% Faster firing speed
+10% Damage bonus
-25% Slower weapon switch

Being paintable might not be a good idea, considering how much body-space the Heavy's fists tend to block. There's a reason most of his gloves have team color elements on them. But these look good! And it's a nice decal spot idea.

This really fits the game's style, unlike 90% of other contributions. And accepted items too.

@888th Legion (PT) : I was just testing the item out some more and realized the same thing: it's hard to see the decal unless you have a minigun out and also have a slightly increased field of view, so I'm mentioning it to Valve. It should be fairly easy for them to modify the glove animations (all they should have to do is rotate each arm a tiny bit).

After realizing I inadvertenly used a color scheme a bit too similar to the Apoco-Fists, I decided to go ahead and make it paintable like I was originally going to do, so a 'more different' color scheme can be used if wanted.
