It's irrelevant anyway. Even if you got the maximum possible exp from a city, that being 75 EXP (Barracks + Armoury + Military Academy + Brandenburg Gate + Total War), you wouldn't make a net faith gain, especially with Industrial+ units. If you still had the ability to build scouts (Obsolete at Scientific Theory), or Triremes (Obsoletes at Astronomy), then you might be able to make a net faith gain... very slowly.
Otherwise loving it! The UB especially is super cool.
UA: Concert of Europe: During Golden Ages, City State Influence does not decay. 20% of Tourism contributes to Golden Ages.
UGP: Foreign Minister: Replaces Great Merchant. Builds an Embassy instead of the Customs House. Embassies can't be built next to each other and yield +2 Culture, +1 Production, +2 Golden Age points, and a delegate to the world congress. Number of delegates acquired from Embassies has a cap according to map size.
UB: Konzerthaus: Replaces Opera House. Has a Great Musician specialist slot and two Music slots that give a same era theming bonus. Gain Golden Age points whenever a Great Person is born in this city.
I still might make some changes to the Foreign Minister or the Konzerthaus.
@Nix: Sure sounds great :)
I can fix the menu map for you, though
