But then less fancy, as most of these flats would be for the 'lower educated'.
I don't know if the option is still there, I'm assuming it will be. But it has an option to duplicate a building to show up as other levels too.

I hope they'll finally fix it alongside the next update and dlc... it's not like I signaled the bug like one week after the game was released... no emergency ;)
Low residential:
L1 1x1 Detached
L2 3x2 Detached 01
L3 1x1 Detached 14
L4 3x2 Villa 02 (and 02b)
L5 2x2 Villa 09
High residential:
All the 1x1 Blockhouses (it's the same European house copied for all 5 levels, they will all work)
Grid size doesn't matter, only the level will count. :)
But a question : did you really manage to have the four colors growing ingame ? Because as far as I know the system is still broken and the max I could get (by using the right template when importing) is two different colors for level 4 residential).
