You need to enable the cvar "mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1" and restart the round (if disabled) Then press "E" on the CT spawn to get them.

@Mr_popgun @pancak3's - There's a Weapon Display at CT Spawn, you can press "E" on the weapons to get them.
