The whole set needs to be in the game, with a set bonus:

+ this time you've got 12 shots
+ replace "Help!" voice command with "meow for backup"
+ fancy shootin'
+ can detect enemy female spies
+ you are now a force to be reckoned with

- can not use the Ambassador (engravings give you no tactical advantage whatsoever)
- can not disguise
- can not cloak
- can not backstab (with the knife)
- you will forget everything Hollywood taught you

Mostly one week before Halloween begins so it would be 22-23-24 october I think. But we need it faster and not in this weird you can only wear it on halloween thing . This shall be a Item that I can wear forever!
