One way I typically put my textures in my map is to just use PAKRAT to put it in the BSP itself.

That should solve whatever wireframe/purple and black squares issue you're having.

I haven't tried it myself so I can't speak for its quality.

While I am missing some textures showing up as white wireframes, I am able to see the map as intended. Are you sure you downloaded the required items on the right side bar of the workshop page? I would suggest trying to unsubscribe and re-subscribe to see if it works.
(I would lastly try verifying your game files, if that doesn't work).

I downloaded everything for this map and when i load it, the map will be a black void with party lights and models without textures how do i fix

There's more than enough preview photos. So I would instead add it to the sound and music fix but you're missing some of the materials in the background.
