It doesn't supossed to be like that. Multiple people tested this addon. I've never seen a problem like that.
Maybe your other addons are causing it.

I like sniping in any game, so adding cool snipas in gmod. Amazing! Nice job dude, and the tomahawk looks sick!

It seems to be very broken, the l96 keeps firing full automatic. The tomahawk and mp5k works fine.
