@Why So Serious (below comment)

Although not as extensive as a full tutorial, I have outlined some tips and advice in my FAQ page [fav.me]

I'll briefly explain the general process for you.

All of my models in this set (and my other MLP ones) are intended to be used for scene builds. What this means is that everything is a loose item that the animator places and positions to create their scene. This is a more adv way that allows for full control - but in turn gets to be more tedious.

I've created a discussion out of your request - you can find a general outline of the process here. Hopefully this will suffice until I make time to write a full tutorial.

Can you please make tutorial on how to make ponyville using the models and maps that you use. I really want to create ponyville with these models.

Okay, thanks for informing me!

Everything should already work in Garry's Mod, the only issue is that only some of them have collisions so a lot will just have that little circle at the root bone's position where you can move the prop around with the physgun.

The easiest way to get them for gmod is to download them off my Release Hub page [discopears.deviantart.com]. There you can download .zips of each major package that can be brought into gmod or sfm.

I would still like to eventually have a version on gmod's Workshop, all with nice collsision models / physics. However I've been busy lately so I don't know when that will be.

Can you port these to Garry's Mod?

Im just gonna leave the ponies to the pony side for now

Awesome models. They would be useful for any sort of cartoony/cutesy scene (eg. Sugar Rush in that hypothetical Wreck It Ralph sequel I have in mind...)

Okay... Now I actually can make a video with nuclear explosions at Ponyville, caused by Anti-brony assault...

@Archimedes (comment below)

It's up to you, but I would try not to worry about that too much. I understand it's a bit of a controversial theme among people, but they're just models. Where's the value in getting worked up about someone elses' efforts you know?

Eitherway though, I'm happy to hear that you like how they turned out!

im not really a huge fan of mlp tbh and i really like these things you make because i sorta wanna use them for pyro (pyroland) but im afraid ima get judged and all that so :'|

Sure, theres absolutely nothing wrong with not being interested in something. So that's okay! :)

I do understand where you're coming from though. Theres no problem with people wanting to have their OCs made, but they're typically very specific to who they're useful to, so having them pop up on here can be a bit silly. :steammocking:

@author

Yeah... I did looked through the rest of you pack. I guess I've been exaggerating lately cause of the many useless sessions, OC and FNAF popping in the workshop and my whole "keeping workshop as resourceful as possible" issue.

I mean, I'm not into these stuff but... yeah... Exaggerate a lot. So... umm... We call it truce maybe? As long as the resourceful aspect is there, it's fine I guess

If it's for Sfm It's allowed to be here. No rules are being broken. Deal with it~ :heart:

Being fair here Surfer171 these look to be a useful pack of resources.
Granted it's not towards my interest; but I can still see the appeal.

And hell they didn't break any rules either. Even better.

@surfer171 It's an ease of access sort of thing. My work is both on here and Deviant Art. Thanks for the feedback/comment though. :Khappy:
episoder 4 Sep, 2015 @ 12:18pm
holy pony. that looks like alot of work. thumbs up.
surfer171 4 Sep, 2015 @ 12:00pm
Maybe you can just take everything done into deviant art instead. SFM-pony is the place to be, and, way more attention there than here
