This only works with .DAE...
Ok... "working" might be not the right word, because currently NL2 dosnt accept animations from 3Ds Max. Even i cant do any more animations and the DEV's are right now trying to figuere out, why. The export from 3Ds max is kinda unstable and generates lots of of errors.

Here is an idea (not tested yet):
Export your model to .DAE and when the dialog for the export opens, activate "animation" and "Bake Animation". Should look like this: http://flash-fox.de/s/fullexport.png

Then import it in the 3d programm "Blender" and export it again as .DAE
this might fix all the problems, caused by 3Ds max.

Thanks!
I try everything but I don't find a way to bake my animations, I'm using 3dstudio Max and I make the model whit Fuse than import to 3ds. I tried to convert in biped, CAT, using snapshot but whit no lucky :(.

You need to bake all the motion into keyframes. Then you dont need to export the bones at all. Thats why i run this test. The model, that isnt working, had some sort of bones and the other one is the same animation converted to keyframes (baking)
