Agreed! Everyone on this team is extremely dedicated because we all remember those good times... Nostalgia fuels us :D

Once we find an animator who can work with SE/ME animation, we plan to make custom animations for all the weapon's attacks, blocks, idle and running animations.

Once they provide equiptable armour support we plan to make models for those as well!

Damn you guys are doing God's work, this totally brings back memories of 2001 when i first mined some brown ore and smelted it with coal and some guy commented lol noob then gave me full bronze armor with a iron dagger. good times.

@Guybrush We plan on adding new mobs and quests to the game. Quests will be challenging so we're going to do "Clue Scrolls" first. We have a prototype map of Runescape, almost 1:1 scale. When we get it working everything will come together.

Talbone (the Space Engineer's modeler who made Mass Effect characters) said he would create some new character models. Though he recently got accepted to a university and is working on getting a full ride scholarship along with it. (Very excited for him!)

Our Modeler Wicked_100, has been reworking the Godswords I made (which is time consuming). But him and I are both caught up with university work.

We plan to add everything you described, it's a very ambitious mod!

We have been working on our Space Engineer mods recently, when more updates come we will continue working on this project! We are trying to find what is wrong with the textures in the mean time. Our lead (and only) texture guy, JrDetective, is busy IRL which makes it tough. But we should be able to find time soon to fix this. We have not forgotten about this mod! We assure you!

Yep i totally understand, sounds good. I would love to help and have thought about it - i've been wanting to get into 3D modeling for a very long time now. But I have absolutely 0 experience so I don't think i'm the guy for the job.. If you could point me to some software you use in your modding, that would be great. With time i may reach a point where i'm able to contribute!

Another thing, none of the textures in these mods show up for me. They are all black models (except the flames in the stove) and semi-transparent.. How can i fix?

My internet has been out for 9 days, it only works occasional. I should be getting a new modem soon.

JrDetective almost had the Saradomin Sword textured. But he had the Windows 8.1 glitch... So he has to redo the Saradomin Sword Texture (which is complicated)

I am working on Space Engineer mods, Mech Warrior to be specific. We are doing this while we wait for more update in ME. Cooking and the ability to mod plants is honostly what we're waiting for. We have models and code ready... But no ability to do it.

Another thing is while I can crank out models very quickly, Texturing takes a while. Specially when you have Sports. JrDetective has a full plate. What would be really awsome is if we got some help! :D

No prior experience is needed, just willingness to learn and help out.

Hopefully that helps update whats happened so far...

It's been a little while since you've posted and.. well.. im anxious >,< I would just like to know: are you guys currently working on another mod or still waiting for more modable content to be released in game? Just curious!

Medieval Engineers is a weird game. When modding we cannot write new code.

If we wanted to add in magic the game would say "WTF is this?" and crash. But use the crossbow data and it says "Oh, just a crossbow with a different name"

Right now the crossbow cannot be modded, just like bushes cannot either. When they can be changed I'll begin working on it.

I would have magic in the game already... but crossbows are not currently mod-able. The issue is the bullet shoots straight upwards instead of forward. I'll try to fix it but I was told it was not ready yet. Hopefully I will be able to work on it soon!

We're waiting for when they add Armour. We dont want custom skins, we want to do actual models. We want them to look just like Runescape. Our goal is not modest, it's very ambitious. We want to make First Person Runescape. We're also going to add in tons of farming plants and trees. All tree main tree types and all ores. We will bring a worthy product. We assure you!

Look at our work so far, that shows the effort we put in our work. We spend upwards of 20-40 hours modeling per model. We put a lot of detail into our work. Ot of the time going back to fix clipping or making it look more realistic or like Runescape.

You can trust we're going to do well on this. Rest assured this will be no dissapointment! We promise!

I posted this on your page as well, but I'm pushy. You guys should make some alternate character models to the engineer. Maybe have each engineer colour be a differant model? And the armour could be based off of runescape sets
