But you need to fix Harrison's unintended solution because it breaks the whole thing.

Hey, I'm pretty sure this has a pretty blatant unintended solution. You can just place portals on either side of the fizzler using the button, walk through and replace your portal on that side with the funnel and go across, no need for the bridge whatsoever.
