I'd still highly recommend you'd do it, since it's starting to become common practice in making Civs.

Those are different mods, so no, it does not have any support for E and D, or any mods not mentioned in the support list.

Since it has compatabilty with Prestige and Sovreignty, does that mean it also has compatability with Events and Decisions, like does it have custom decisions and special events?

Glad you liked it, I was looking for a Steppe civ to do, and the Cumans certainly piqued my interest.

Well, they're still alot weaker, and, yeah, they're designed to take flat cities, it is a steppe civ after all. Most civs could be considered "OP" if the conditions are right.

Well, it is a little more complicated than that, the Chabani are much trickier to use on rough terrain, where their movement bonuses become much more meagre. They are in general significantly weaker than regular trebuchet.

fair point, it should not be able to move after attacking at the very least the idea of a siege unit that cant be attacked by the city is to much seeing how it cant be damaged by the city and can outrun infentry

The Chabanis are amazing. Once you upgrade them to cannons you get a 250% bonus against cities instead of 200. I had a great time playing this civ, so thanks ryanjames :)

Likely my mystery civ, as it's the only one that actually has alot of work done on it, then probably the Toltecs.
