I love the snake crawling under the metal strap and the metal look. Not too keen on the snake above as it takes away from the suble awesomeness of the snake below.
Also the red doesn't really match in my opinion.

It's pretty bad compared to the other cartel weapons. I honestly think it's too simple and the battle scarred quality hurts my eyes. Same goes with the wooden parts.

I really hope for a good scout in the next case, because there aren't any purple or pink ones. In the next case, there should be a classified, and i think this one would be a really good option. Valve, pls add !

Upper part (scout and maybe barrel) looks just misplaced somehow. Also rust in battlescarred when it wasn't in previous cartels? This just does not look to belong to "family" of cartels...
