What about a taunt that forces people around to dance? Not when someona gets closer while taunting, but whoever is around the moment taunt is activated.

Fantastic through and through. The model looks superb, the hit sound takes it to another level, and the taunt is a sort of "plussed" cherry on top. Even more, it's sufficiently pyro themed that it doesn't compete, conceptually, with the engineer's guitar taunt -- it really seems like a unique item. I'd love it as a homewrecker reskin. But, any way it makes it in the game will be better off.
