I'm No.1!!
The start is easy with the push traps and such, but in the later levels only pure damage has any meaning. Spinner traps can be used to slow groups of enemies and then burned and pierced while they get shredded. Slowing also helps the traps to reset more times per tile walked.
I used beartraps a lot, but im thinking to use fear to drive the enemies backwards to gain more time instead of the tiny damage they cause in the higher levels.
That sucks :P
