I Just passed that hospital mission. I was out of my house, i picked my phone, searched on YT for Underhell, all i got was "spooky gurl" videos, so i figured out what i was doing.

Actually when in got into The House, shit got real and i deleted the game. Terrorists are cool (to kill) but the dude's dead wife's ghost? that's enough to me.

Yeah I was pretty spooked to find out that Underhell was a horror game, after shooting many terrorists.

Speaking of mods, i just played that "Underhell" mod, everything was fine until i noticed it was actually a horror game, not just a tactical shooter.

Unfortunately not, PAYDAY 2 has a different file set up to Source games, plus I'd have to rig them to the Valve biped animations which is a chore. Plus I think somebody already has some NPCs in the works.
