I subscribed.
Loading Screen Mod shows this one asset being the one that failed.
After the game loaded, I checked Find It! but it was nowhere to be found.
I hope to use it when its fixed.

Running latest version of Skylines 2021 with all DLCs, no MODs.
So, deactivate your mod in game and deabo it on steam. Steam restart. Look in game. Close game. New abo in workshop. Start game. Activate mod. Start a new city. The "LSM" say "failed". Object in city not available.
So i deactivated the "LSM" and start. I get a errormassage "Custom Assets: 517154930.Unterground Garbage Conversion_Data: NetInfo missing [BrokenAssetException]"
Would that help?
As i said, the other underground garbage-mod still function after your update. (shoulder shrug)
The other Underground Garbage Conversion works very well. Even though i had to reset the streets :P ;)
I don't think I will be making any mods or maps for public consumption (I don't think I'm that good a programmer anymore) but the one map I mentioned would be purely for testing purposes.
I just want to make roads and intersections that are more closer to Canada's & the US' versions in reality and convert their specifications in to CS' unit system.
From what I have seen in the different "Lets Play" YouTube videos, the highways do not really match the highways that I have travelled on in Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan or the northern mid-west US states of ND, SD, MN, WI or IL.
They seem to be missing the centre grass covered drainage depression as well as any drainage ditches on both sides of the highways. the centre drainage depression that I can mostly remember as about as wide as 4-6 highway lanes.
We also need some way to recreate an rural road as seen in this at this location on Google Maps V5M5+FQ Dugald, Manitoba
I also plan on trying to create as many variants of the Pinavia Exchange. I contacted to person who design and patented and he sent me a copy of his .dwg files to use in creating CS Interchanges.
Then I'm going to play CS using all my custom assets including replacing any highways as soon as I can.
I think that should keep me busy until the day I die I hope.
I also want to have highway roads like I29 going south from the Canadian Border where the highway from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada hits the US border. From there it has a very wide ditch between northbound & southbound lanes as well as at ditch running along side the right outermost lane when the driver is looking ahead.
I only want to make roads that are one-way or two-way with the vehicle driving on the same side as we do in Canada & the US. I also want to make what are basically back alleys as well.
After I play my 1st game on a map created by Paradox, I want to create a 81 block map with random rivers, lakes, hills, mountains & every type of natural resource. I want the natural resources to be in multiple places and multiple sizes.
With this map I want to drop on to the map all roads, Items, buildings, etc to document their exact X & Y sizes in 8m units. Then I will do it using my favourite'd assets & roads from the workshop.
Unfortunately I had gone nuts subscribing to all sorts of mods & assets.
So nuts that I had around 4500 assets & mods subscribed before I even loaded Steam & CS on my newly upgraded computer.
You DO NOT WANT TO KNOW how long it took for CS to start that first time. Hint, it was measured in hours!
Now I have to go through all my subscribed items & change them from Subscribed to just Favourite in batches of 30. I started with around 150 pages of subscribed items and I'm now down to 70 pages(2100 items). At this rate I should be finished near the end of May.
I'm retired so I have lots of time to do it but boy is it ever repetitive!
I understand the is a new mod out that allows custom assets to have moving parts just like the Paradox assets do.

At least that is how it looks to my 59yr eyes.
Maybe a Sign pointing right labelled 'employee parking' with something similar one along the parking area walls pointing in the direction to the exit.
Actually the thumbnail picture above the asset type doesn't show the entrance & exit gates and the above ground parking looks level with the height of the entrance & exit roads but in the example pictures there looks like a curb line you have to drive over to enter & exit from the parking area.
I could also be going blind and just seeing things too.
But all things considered, I do like the idea and your application of it.
What I can't find is the entrance to this parking area.
