Sorry Exsosus|Cryo|, Steam did not notify me of your post. Speaking of water facilities (great idea!! Well, tthere is one. Water Pumps pull water out of the grand AND handles waste for garbage trucks to pick up. It is in the collections above.

I re-subscribed to this one. Is it working fine at this point in time? It's one of my favorite assets as it's totally real like real-life cities today. This is as natural to a city as a water treatment plant is (vanilla object).

Populous, I think this one is working fine so far. Weird thing happened: I searched for and found your newer AUGC through workshop. I subscribed there. I got it going without much effort if any at all. Made sure trucks despawned and then I had to leave. When I came back, I came back here to see if anyone else had tried it yet. But then I noticed the asset was not subscribed to. I resubscribed without checking to see if it was still working on the game. I can't imagine why it wouldn't but I wanted to let you know of the oddity, just in case.

Populous, this one will not work for me.
I subscribed.
Loading Screen Mod shows this one asset being the one that failed.
After the game loaded, I checked Find It! but it was nowhere to be found.
I hope to use it when its fixed.

Network Extensions 2 looks to be needed for this asset, noting the Road with a Rendered Tunnel in one of the screenshots. Having encountered the same error (due to lacking a road named 'BasicRoadMdn Slope', according to the LSM Assets Report), I curiously resubbed to it to see if it that'd would fix it and it did.

Hi, so i test it: The "Mod-Loader" i mean is the "Loading Screen Mod" (LSM).
So, deactivate your mod in game and deabo it on steam. Steam restart. Look in game. Close game. New abo in workshop. Start game. Activate mod. Start a new city. The "LSM" say "failed". Object in city not available.
So i deactivated the "LSM" and start. I get a errormassage "Custom Assets: 517154930.Unterground Garbage Conversion_Data: NetInfo missing [BrokenAssetException]"
Would that help?
As i said, the other underground garbage-mod still function after your update. (shoulder shrug)

Rami, I can't find that exact error, however many posts on "Mod-Loader" issues. So please restart the computer, I am sure you have and please test again.

Rami, The lights may require After Dark. This was tested on three computer an six save games placing countless building so should have worked fin.... please try another area to set it, or another mod may required start of a new game. Please test and let me know.

Hi. The Mod-Loader say "failed". Which DLC is now the must have? I have tryed with deabo and new abo.
The other Underground Garbage Conversion works very well. Even though i had to reset the streets :P ;)

Wiljan, too bad... one garbage facility for an entire city to run, with no cleanup or dumping and provides electricity without pollution... sad. Thought it would be worth a shot to test.

Advanced Road Anarchy no longer required. On start up new rucks will spawn at entry, but once all trucks have been dispatched they will use the tunnel

If you also have this MOD Fine Road Anarchy 2 https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1844440354 it will allow you to place the asset when you turn on Anarchy.

I don't think I will be making any mods or maps for public consumption (I don't think I'm that good a programmer anymore) but the one map I mentioned would be purely for testing purposes.

I just want to make roads and intersections that are more closer to Canada's & the US' versions in reality and convert their specifications in to CS' unit system.

From what I have seen in the different "Lets Play" YouTube videos, the highways do not really match the highways that I have travelled on in Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan or the northern mid-west US states of ND, SD, MN, WI or IL.
They seem to be missing the centre grass covered drainage depression as well as any drainage ditches on both sides of the highways. the centre drainage depression that I can mostly remember as about as wide as 4-6 highway lanes.

We also need some way to recreate an rural road as seen in this at this location on Google Maps V5M5+FQ Dugald, Manitoba

I am very excited to see what you do and while only maybe my opinion we need GOOD maps and specialized road to have a variety in appearance. My I give you a warning though... maps which require a lot of props or mods often get passed over. Easy to get caught up in subscriptions to mods and assets and you are not the first. I will be using Google Maps in Satellite mode as well as Google World to get good measurements.My city's Road Maintenance Department should be able to supply me with the minimum & maximum yard with & length as well as the minimum & maximum street widths allowed when designing a new subdivision.

I also plan on trying to create as many variants of the Pinavia Exchange. I contacted to person who design and patented and he sent me a copy of his .dwg files to use in creating CS Interchanges.

Then I'm going to play CS using all my custom assets including replacing any highways as soon as I can.

I think that should keep me busy until the day I die I hope.

My plan is to create my own set of road segment types from loose gravel roads up to the maximum # of lanes Highway segments using the map mentioned before. I will most likely be duplicating a lot of Paradox's & other people's workshop assets but I want all of these to be made to my specifications.
I also want to have highway roads like I29 going south from the Canadian Border where the highway from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada hits the US border. From there it has a very wide ditch between northbound & southbound lanes as well as at ditch running along side the right outermost lane when the driver is looking ahead.
I only want to make roads that are one-way or two-way with the vehicle driving on the same side as we do in Canada & the US. I also want to make what are basically back alleys as well.

After I finish, then I'm going to create Collections by 1st letter, Roads, Exchanges, Buildings, Mods, etc. then I will play a game with ALL DLCs active but NO Workshop assets or mods even loaded and deactivated. As pure vanilla as possible.

After I play my 1st game on a map created by Paradox, I want to create a 81 block map with random rivers, lakes, hills, mountains & every type of natural resource. I want the natural resources to be in multiple places and multiple sizes.
With this map I want to drop on to the map all roads, Items, buildings, etc to document their exact X & Y sizes in 8m units. Then I will do it using my favourite'd assets & roads from the workshop.

I bought CS and all of the DLCs back at the end of January but I couldn't get my computer upgraded enough to play CS until the end of last month.

Unfortunately I had gone nuts subscribing to all sorts of mods & assets.
So nuts that I had around 4500 assets & mods subscribed before I even loaded Steam & CS on my newly upgraded computer.
You DO NOT WANT TO KNOW how long it took for CS to start that first time. Hint, it was measured in hours!

Now I have to go through all my subscribed items & change them from Subscribed to just Favourite in batches of 30. I started with around 150 pages of subscribed items and I'm now down to 70 pages(2100 items). At this rate I should be finished near the end of May.
I'm retired so I have lots of time to do it but boy is it ever repetitive!

Absolutely great ideas! much of the road vs parking is game programming vs adjustments I can actually make and the gate is a fantastic idea assuming I can find animated props... I am not able to do images anymore with the time constraints I am under. I will absolutely check out the mod! Thanks again and greatly.

The only thing that would completely finish off the design would be a manned gate and raising/lower arms like at a rail crossing.

I understand the is a new mod out that allows custom assets to have moving parts just like the Paradox assets do.

I saw that but there looked like a curb at the edge of the entry & exit roads.
At least that is how it looks to my 59yr eyes.

Maybe a Sign pointing right labelled 'employee parking' with something similar one along the parking area walls pointing in the direction to the exit.

Actually the thumbnail picture above the asset type doesn't show the entrance & exit gates and the above ground parking looks level with the height of the entrance & exit roads but in the example pictures there looks like a curb line you have to drive over to enter & exit from the parking area.

I could also be going blind and just seeing things too.

But all things considered, I do like the idea and your application of it.

Looking at the 5th picture, you will notice once you past the entrance and then the wall, there is a section of road.... the cars turn using those sections of road to access the parking area the same as any off the road parking area. You are the first to ask this question and given parking was a factor of the design, thank you for asking.
