It's not a top 8 mod for quality though. It never made it to the ranking of the best 20 mods as rated by the community: https://www.the-battlefield.com/aow3/index.php?page=commnews&eingabenewsid=77 (and it was not in the previous poll either)
It has a lot of subscribers just because it was released in 2015 at a time where AoW3 had a lot of players and mod tools had just been released so a few mods got drowned by subscribers.

Ok, telling a Top 8 mod to discontinue for insane reasoning is just plain trolling, screw that guy. I picked the game as Humble Bundle and I can't wait to add more units, seeing as they look great.

This mode looks very well done and seemless on the paper, and I have definitively to try it. A few ideas/concerns before even playing it:
- Doesn't it compete with class units, removing a bit of class-flavor?
- It's perhaps better if the mod got discontinued because too much of variety could have killed variety: having more T1 units and evolving possibilities is enough for me as compared to having tons of higher tier units (again, competing with vanilla units and decreasing the special flavor of a class/race combination, given that AoW games aren't especially diverse on the racial theme, already).
- Perhaps some of those new units could be reserved for evolving T1 racial irregulars? (I especially think about HE initiates evolving into stormbows.)

Hmm, doesn't it an incentive for a modder to goes on with this mod from where it was left? (Also, adding a small chance for class units to evolve in higher tier class units)

just tried it in conjunction with empire building and seemed to work fine. some units did not benefit from additional starting ranks from buildings (t3 baracks) or technologies (like modern warfare).

Seeing as I haven't seen the author reply to this mod for over a year, it gives me great sorrow to not see it continued!

Been using it with multiple other mods, like Brave New Units, Extra Support Units and Racial Heritage to flesh out the race diversity more and the units for each race, rather than relying too much on class and dwellings. So when I found this mod I got overjoyed!

I truly wished it was continued, as it'd bring more fun to play each race!

I've since discovered I can link other people's mods to mine, and since scale is a general stat I can see the new units and modify their size. However, I cannot find the file where you have created your units. For example, the Frostling Marauders are not located in the UnitFrostling.RPK file.

Hi Axios,

Really like your mod. I play tactical with single units, and I also use another mod (Unit Rescale) which makes all the units larger on the battlefield. I find it is much better to see the details of every unit this way and a much more enjoyable game.

However, I cannot increase the size of the units in your mod because I cannot edit your mod. Would you be willing to forward me the file, and I could make a compatibility mod for the Unit Rescale mod?

Maybe a stupid question, but we have a bug with 1 creature coming out of somebody mod. It's a leviathon, when it gets the swallow whole ability the game crashes. Anyone knows if it's out of this mod or some other mod, so we can contact the author of that mod. Already thanks for the help.

Updating is easy, current units that exist but are tweaked will not change, and any added units all I have to change is the formation value.

@Centurin, right sorry that patch took longer than expected to get out, had update issues, Try again now and hopefully should work!

@Bosox, that's very nice of you to say, I can't promise I will be updating it as often as I was previously but I am hopefully now here to stay. Just keep those ideas coming!

@Centurin. Hmmm how strange. Might be something to do with a test unit I made of the orc cavalry, not that it is in the game yet. I'll see if I can release a patch to fix the error.

For whatever reason, one of your updates has caused my map editor to crash with a "Double Resource ID" error between Orc and Goblin Cavalry. The error is not a mod conflict as it happens when your mod is the only one enabled. I haven't played AOW3 for about a month and the mod worked great before then.
