Check if you have conflicting addons, make sure you have this addon and TFA base enabled and installed.

Nada. I also tried disabling all other addons. To clarify, the left speaker has all the high-pitched sounds, the right speaker has a distant boom. It's like you used a 2-channel sound file intended for closeup/distant gunfire as a regular stereo sound.

There is only one problem for me, weapon sounds sound louder in the left ear with ear/headphones, but i can just play without earphones
