- Scout (CIA agent) can spawn barbarian camps anywhere on the border of other players' territory.
- Generals can build citadels inside an allied player's territory. The hex then becomes US land while the citadel stands (bonus to defence and faith if on an oil tile.
- Power of (UN) Veto can cancel any denouncement effects from themselves or an ally, no matter how warmongering their reputation is.
- Drone Base replaces Courthouse.
- Oil resources also generate Faith when worked.
- False Flag: By voluntarily sacrificing any building, an occupying Spy can cause any targetted Civ to be denounced by US snd all its allied players simultaneously.

There's Tokata's Fundamentalism Branch, with Religious Intolerance, in which Spies can destroy buildings if planted in a city (but there's a bug which also causes your cities to lose buildings).

While looking for XML Data, I noticed that ISIS has an enhanced trade route range and spreads religion through trade routes faster despite not having it listed.
