what are the parts that arent listed like the stop sign and such?

It's on friends-only at the moment. My account, along with many others, is now limited. I found out after trying to figure out why my latest upload was friends-only, and tested it on another asset - part 1 - and now I can't get it back to public. Not unless Steam fixes whatever problem it's having and all our account go back to normal... or I shell out $5, which I don't have.
