First off, YES! This would be so much fun to use.

Second, could this double as a sapper too? (Similar to how Your Eternal Reward acts as a knife and replaces the Disguise Kit, this would act as the Sapper and knife together.)

Nah. Better as sapper.

+When the bulding is destroyed, the sapper explodes damaging nearby enemies (same Direct Hit rocket damage, but bigger explosion)
-50% damage to buildings

- The sapper is destructed in one-shot
+ after 15 sec, the sapper explode and crash sentries, players and buildings around. explode damage
+ If the saboter is destructed, it could explode (not everytimes, it could be really rare).

Perhaps we can make it that the way to remove it is by making your friend sacrifice himself for you, or only spies can remove it, or something like that

i like these stats Replaces the knife; players instead place the bomb upon the back of enemies, and in ten seconds time it explodes, killing the recipient and damaging nearby teammates. The recipient cannot see it, but their teammates can and may remove it, causing unmasking

have it replace the sapper instead of the knife, and place it on the ground anywhere instead of just on buildings, and have it make a loud ticking timebomb sound so players will be like, whats that, then boom. Engies and pyros homewrecker wound still destroy it, just like a regular sapper then

Sounds goooood, but there should be always a melee in the game. how about a controller as melee, that works 10 Secs after the bomb deployed, and at a certain distance. Instead of the sapper would be bomb, that will destroy buildings but it wont Dissable them. The controller would be just like a micrp tv antenna. Cons: -it has a timer sound, wont sound very loud but it will. so the one with the bomb on his back will go immediately to hunt the spy or search for a teammate to help him. if the spy is killed, the bomb could stay so, still will have to be removed by a teammate so the next time the spy apears he wont be easily killed. Teamwork...

I'd see this as a replacement for sapper where instead of doing damage over time it does explosive damage all at once that damages or even kills those within a certain proximity. The drawback could be that it makes audible beeps as it counts down. When an engie knocks it off it gets knocked into the air to a completely or relatively safe elevation to avoid taking any, or lowered damage than it would have.

Can you make a sapper, that goes on a friendly building, and would boost it? eg: sentries would mini-crit, faster turning, etc. Dispensers would overheal, and teles wouldnt have a recharge. and as a downside, after the buff, the building deactivates, for like 3 seconds. and another downside, you cant sap enemy buildings. But you just need a model ;)

When i first saw this i was thinking of this replacing the sapper and what it will do is explode in two seconds killing the object you sap but you can only use one sapper at a time.

In my opinion, here are the stats it should have.
+Bomb attaches to back, exploding in 7 seconds (feels more tense with a non-5 or 10 multiple number, look at the sapper destroy times)
-Can be removed by any melee or hitscan weapon
-When removed, the person who removes it uses the machinery to track the spy who placed it for 7 seconds.
+Spy has 20
+Can have unlimited bombs out at the same time.

In my opinion, this could make for some excellent TEAM work (you know, like in the FLIPPING TITLE OF THE GAME) and make the spy a bit more stealth based gameplay.

i like it but mabey it could beep and at first they cant hear it but a couple seconds later they hear the beeping and it gets louder as there time runs out and it takes 2 seconds for it be disarmed,1 for spys and engis,3 for heavies(lol xD) and they must stand still

Thats brilliant, the spy needs more actual spy gadgets, cause he mostly relys on brute force and ambush now as opposed to stealth an trickery.

Personally, I think what you have here as a stat set is perfectly reasonable. !0 seconds is long enough to get away from the BOOM as well as enough time for the host enemy to walk towards a gathering of teammates, plus gives teammates time to disarm it. any less time would make it useless and/or over powered.

This would be better as a weapon for Demoman where he blows himself up for giant damage. That'd be awesome
