Simple yet effective, works perfectly fine with outhere mods and has add a slight bit more complexity to the game, plus made it easire to keep trank of who is related to who

Great mod though I have a problem. I have created a bloodline with my first king and now my second king, his son, has reached 5000 prestige but I cannot create a noble bloodline. Meanwhile the Byzantine King whose mother was from my bloodline has in fact two of them now.

G'day mate,

I'd just like to report a bug - each time a character recives the patriarch trait their offspring become bastards.

- Game of Thrones Mod.
- Playing on the current version.
- The mother is connected to the Bastard.
- Father does not register a connection with the Bastard.

Pretty sure the culture for the line uses the mothers culture. That's how it's been for me unfortunately.

I'm experiencing the same problem as Crux...ruler designed in a new Breton character, formed prestigious bloodline...my kids inherited everything fine, but it was 50/50 whether it worked with my grandkids. Sometimes it worked fine and other times it reverted to "a very prestigious German bloodline" and i even noticed that other bloodlines were warping too. As in, the Kaiser of the HRE formed a bloodline and his decendants (also some of my decendants) reverted to "a very prestigious Breton bloodline" even though he's a German. Would really appreciate a fix or even a reply to say you're working on it.

do denounced bastards get the trait as well?
Crux 1 Mar, 2017 @ 4:18am
Hiya, having a annoying problem, i have been redoing the karlings, and i started a line that is meant to be the rebirth almost of the family but every kid i have the 'prestigous bloodline' is the mothers culture instead of mine?? i have a german wife, and despite the kid being mine (french) it says he is from 'line of charles' (my character) ' a very .... german bloodline?? any ideas??

It is really a great addition to the game. I was wondering if there is a way to customize the text of the bloodline. To add more specific RP, or change the actual benefit of the traits.

@I'm So Bored
No, its not Ironman Compatible becouse it adds a new trait.
Hiwas 12 Apr, 2016 @ 6:53am
Bot use this ?
Aesthetic Ascetic 5 Apr, 2016 @ 12:35am
Ironman compatible?
WaKKO151 20 Jan, 2016 @ 4:29pm
any descion allowed the player can also be used by the AI as of patch 1.5. If this information is incorrect please let me know.

Any chance the trait could maintain the name of the patriarch for ever instead of just a few generations? Had 3 rulers from diff parts of europe make 3 blood lines. Now, 250 years later pretty much every character in western europe has "prestigious bloodline" and no clue where it came from. Kind of defeats the purpose of the trait to begin with, and it's a bitch to trace back down the family line to find out who they are actualy decended from.
Jonathin Quackup 17 Nov, 2015 @ 10:58am
Yes, by "dead" I mean when my character with the trait had kids they did not inheirt the trait, so when I died the trait was not passed down. Please help, this mod is awesome and I has searching very hard for a mod that does this :steamsad:
Dankmaster 5 Nov, 2015 @ 12:58pm
gotta keep the bloodline pure >.> <.< <.>
TDogOrtiz1175 1 Nov, 2015 @ 11:58pm
dead?
Jonathin Quackup 1 Nov, 2015 @ 6:48pm
Hey I don't know if this was meant or if you prefer this, but for me it was not inherited it just died when my kids died. I was thinking you should make the trait 100% inheritable, so it can stay forever, unless my game is just messed up, if so please tell me.
Drewked 30 Oct, 2015 @ 3:42pm
You need to make like a royal bloodline from the male side dominant compared to the wife he married with another bloodline. It just creates too much shit and ruins the whole bloodline..
Auphilia 17 Oct, 2015 @ 3:26pm
Can this mod remove the requirement to be male? I see no reason that a female ruler who gets 4k prestige and has matrilineally married can't start a bloodline.

Of course, it is the author's decision, but I'd prefer not to have to edit it every time it updates manually. :\

Thanks!

The Burger King 23 Sep, 2015 @ 6:10pm
MY HAIR HAS 13 BLOODLINE TRAITS!!!!!! I WILL BE A GOD!!!!!!
Drewked 22 Sep, 2015 @ 11:22pm
Yeah, please fix the two people having it. It gets SUPER bugged. Im restarting this campaign because of it..
Valkyrien 22 Sep, 2015 @ 5:00am
I've encounter a bug that i thought i should tell you about.
If two people both have the same bloodline trait, their children get two copys of it. It can get pretty annoying after a hundred+ years because it kinda piles up.
clever girl  [author] 22 Sep, 2015 @ 12:16am
Not sure, ive never tried. Test it?
TheShadyRaven 21 Sep, 2015 @ 5:31pm
Would this mod work with exporting CK2 to EU4? Just curious
Bakhan 21 Sep, 2015 @ 4:18pm
I feel like it should be like "Descendent of ..." rather than line of, but other than that, great mod!
clever girl  [author] 21 Sep, 2015 @ 11:26am

Valiolet ヴァリオレット 19 Sep, 2015 @ 1:48am
I'd like a female version, too. It's an interesting mod, but I need to be able to found the bloodline with women. :P Good job, by the way!

Rave Pathfinder. 18 Sep, 2015 @ 12:57pm
