Thanks for a nice mod. It might need to be updated for version 1.8: Citing Hiliadan from Triumph´s forum: "For other mods with issues, you probably need to contact their authors so that they do a small edit in their mod to say to the game that the mod works with v1.8 (it’s a quick edit, very simple)."

Still conflicting with New Dawn. They made some fixes, and Tower of Magi works now, but this doesn't.

Found out it was New Dawn, which previously got along with your mod. They added some dwellings, which I think is the issue.

This mod is conflicting with something else, I've stopped seeing them again. I suspect it might be the Tower of Magi mod, since I don't see those either.

Could you change the default action for the musketoons to 'move' rather than 'fire musketoon'?

I've shot my own forces far too many times with charmed musketoons...

I found the conflict. The 'Mounted Brigands' mod prevents your dwarves from showing up.

@sethgaines They appear with the same frequency as haunted boneyards, so a little more rare than bandit camps. As far as mod conflicts, I do not know of any but it's not out of the question.

Think all posted concerns have been addressed! Better loot drops, fixed icons and fixed fire musketoon description.

Thanks for the work and I mostly like the mod so far.
Could you make the item drops better for clearing the spawner though? getting only a common item for clearing a stone fortress while possibly having to deal with demons is rather disappointing.

I noticed some of the unit icons are not displaying right. When you imported the DDS file, did you set the Streaming flag, and Quality settings like the guide suggsted?

Tombles, are you talking about the musketoon description text not being clear, or the visual effect when it does damage not being clear? As to your other suggestions, I'm thinking of adding a resource structure themed around the black dwarfs with a strong amount of defenders, possibly a new unit only seen there and not in the spawners. Also I might try my hand at modelling a demon to take the place of the enlarged naked draconian I'm using now.

I love this, my favorate mod so far. The constant scoundral bashing had become the most repetitive part of the game, where as the first time I encountered these I got my hero enslaved and lost the whole army! hopefuly that won't happen again now I'm prepared.

Actually, maybe it's not such a big problem, later in the game, I'm having larger armies spawn and they're more interesting to fight. The only other feedback I have is that it's not clear that Musketoon does Area of Effect damage, I was quite suprised when one guy nearly killed half my army with a single shot!

Yep, they work now! The only real issue I have now is that you've made these cool new Lodge Masters, but they don't really have much time to shine. What if you were to have two types of spawner, one set up like it is now, but with the wooden fort, and a stronger one which uses the stone fort. The stronger one could have more defenders, better rewards, and spawn more dangerous armies (though they'd need to spawn later in the game). That way you'd give players a chance to have aproper big fight with your units.

Or you could try and make a dwelling for them, though that is a ton of work.

Thanks for the heads up Tombles! Thanks for all the awesome work you guys do, and I've always especially enjoyed your videos and positive attitude! I found the problem, I had somehow linked the wrong ability as the primary effect. The musketoons should work now. Thanks aganin and I can't wait to see what game you're working on next!

I just came across my first squad of Musketoons, but they don't seem to actually have the Fire Musket ability, only the "Reload" ability.
