I love. A lot of gold xd. And I did not have the bug with the merchant ship as they comment, you just have to wait for the required technology.

ma partie s'est mise à ramer comme pas possible après avoir déclarer la guerre à une autre faction...la partie est devenu injouable... :(

That is the point Akkadon

Oddly enough, the game doesn't seem to recognize Hatshepsut as a woman, calling her "Lord Hatshepsut of Egypt".
亲爱的 Dilbar عزیزم 3 Jul, 2017 @ 2:34pm
I just don't know why the merchant barge keeps turning into a cargo ship.

There appears to be a bug with the Events and Decisions Mod (perhaps in combination with the Community Balance Patch). The "Punt" unique decision for Egypt is meant to create three merchants who then create Frankinsence or Myrh does not function. Neither resource can be built.

The direct download link on this page links to the Kingdom of Prussia DDL, not Hatshepsut's Kingdom of Egypt

I also can confirm the Trade Route issue with this mod.
MasSseL 24 Mar, 2016 @ 9:39am
Same here can confirm the trade issue bug with this mod.
lars_sundberg 13 Mar, 2016 @ 2:05pm
I can also confirm the trade route issue being caused by this mod.
EmperorOvaltine 5 Mar, 2016 @ 2:08pm
Can confirm that the trade routes issue is definitely tied to this mod. I think it was the most recent update that caused it, because I've been playing with this activated for a while with no issues. Hopefully it can be fixed soon.

I'm having the same problem, at first I thought it was an EUI issue, but after some digging (for 3 days) i found that it was this mod that broke the trade routes.
Complete Slacker George 21 Feb, 2016 @ 2:51pm
Ditto Walrus and Karlos. I have the same problem, disabled the CIV mod, and it went away.
Joyful 21 Feb, 2016 @ 1:02pm
I am having the same issue as Karlos_BR_ any feedback would be appreciated as keep in mind, this happens with any civ I play with and I don't think it's any other mod.
Karlos_BR_ 21 Feb, 2016 @ 11:00am
I'm having a issue with this civ. Whenever i activate this mod, i can't use trade caravans/ships properly. I can build trade units, but i can't send them anywhere, even when there are cities within range.
I tried using this mod alongside with others and by itself and had this issue both times.
Norton 6 Feb, 2016 @ 1:21pm
Oh. My bad.
JFD  [author] 6 Feb, 2016 @ 1:04pm
@retrocity5 The capital is Pi-Ramesses with this mod enabled.
Norton 6 Feb, 2016 @ 9:37am
Do you think you could update it to make Ramesses Egypt have the capital be Pi-Ramesses? During his rule that's what it was.

About getting a free barge, what if you have no coastal cities?
Or have no other cities to trade with over the water?
•LGA• Cyrus: Emperor of Mankind 17 Nov, 2015 @ 12:37pm
It just doesnt' seem to come up on my game. Press set up game - comes up with vanilla civs.
Venusaisha 29 Oct, 2015 @ 2:14am
thou best egyptian civ leader i played alot in civiliation 4. good to have it carried over to civilization 5. 8)
antlucas09 17 Oct, 2015 @ 7:21pm
I'm not sure if it was a problem with some of the other mods I am using, but the burial tombs I build are turned into palaces.
tory0304 16 Oct, 2015 @ 3:43pm
Do you have any plans on making Korean civ?
Venusaisha 14 Oct, 2015 @ 6:14pm
it nice n ok. but don't why games make her face look longer compared to the statues say wide..
JEELEN 3 Oct, 2015 @ 10:44am
@JFD OK. It works fine now. By the way, great looking leaderhead again. ;)
JFD  [author] 2 Oct, 2015 @ 11:35pm
@JEELEN yes, it was an issue with CBP support.
JEELEN 2 Oct, 2015 @ 11:31pm
@JFD Confirmed trade bug. I have a rival city 5 tiles away and my barges won't connect. Is this fixed in the update?
JinZERO 2 Oct, 2015 @ 11:17pm
@JFD Thank you, sir.
JFD  [author] 2 Oct, 2015 @ 11:13pm
@Ranchoas I fully intend to - I intend to make a split of vanilla China into the Ming, Qing, Tang, and Han.
JFD  [author] 2 Oct, 2015 @ 11:13pm
@AetherWaluigi Soon enough
JinZERO 2 Oct, 2015 @ 10:55pm
Your work is great. Can you make the Manchuria or Qing dynasty?
AethelGrips 2 Oct, 2015 @ 4:16pm
When can we expect to see the Putin mod?
ShinyFlareon 1 Oct, 2015 @ 9:59pm
Actually, trade routes in general seem to be broken. I don't think it's any of the other mods causing it (not running very many). This is on Mac.
ShinyFlareon 1 Oct, 2015 @ 9:07pm
Been trying to figure out what the conflict is, but my merchant barges won't connect with cities, even when it says they are available.
The Lorax 28 Sep, 2015 @ 5:57am
wow, i just looked on the civfanatic forums page for these mods and counted at least 23 more upcoming civs. but i noticed that some of them are still to be decided. In particular the modern civ adjacent to putin. I would like to suggest shinzo abe's japan or china under xi jinping as i have yet to find a good standalone for either. thanks regardless!
JFD  [author] 26 Sep, 2015 @ 5:15pm
@deathdroid29 Hypereon (author of the Finland mods) will be making a Julius Caesar civ to accompany his Pompey civ.
deathdroid29 26 Sep, 2015 @ 5:11pm
@JFD, since you made Egypt, which is a brilliant and very creative mod, I must compliment you on that, are you planning to do in the future on doing a Rome Civ, like Julius Caesar, since you have made three Egypt civs and another Carthaginian civ (Hannibal). Are you thinking about making a Rome custom civ. I know you are busy with other projects, I'm just curious? Please let me know, in your spare time. Thanks!!!
JFD  [author] 26 Sep, 2015 @ 3:55pm
@®BuckingFastard<nadz> Thanks, it's a nice change of pace for a comment like this. Jan and I work together always, and sometimes my plans will catch the interest of other artists like Sukritact.
JFD  [author] 26 Sep, 2015 @ 3:53pm
@The Communsit Kurd Gamer Hatshepsut is known to have mined for Turqoise in Sinai.
K 26 Sep, 2015 @ 5:05am
COOL
Endan-Shoresh 𒂗𒆗-𒋩𒌍 26 Sep, 2015 @ 5:02am
Turqoise diamonds are in PERSIA AND TURKS WERE IN MONGOLIEA NOT IN HITTIELANDS

JFD -
How did you manage to pull all this talent together? I know you don't work with the exact same people for each mod, but you seem always to bring together the best talent. For instance, I've seen janboruta's work with a couple of other modders' civs (while you were gone mostly) and I think he/she does the artwork, and every single time it's professional quality. It's incredible how all of you guys work together so well.

Anyways, I now am looking forward to the future Enlightment and World War I mods. As always, never feel obligated to the community, but rather only to yourself and your friends, while producing all of these great mods. That's my unrequested advice :)

JFD  [author] 25 Sep, 2015 @ 3:11pm
@BuckingFastard<nadz> Thanks! I do have a new PC now. Looking to release another 3 civs next month related to the Enlightenment Era, and then another 5 releated to WW1 in November.
®BuckingFastard<nadz> 25 Sep, 2015 @ 10:47am
JFD! I know you don't know me from Adam, but I've been a huge fan of your work and I'm so happy to see you back in action! Woohoo! I hope whatever computer problems you were having have been eradicated. Seriously man, your mods are pretty much the only ones, on the entirety of any Steam workshop, that I genuinely look forward to downloading.

Good luck and have fun!

NicaEM 24 Sep, 2015 @ 10:54am
@JFD no, seafaring have the unused Great Explorer icon. but I noticed that my scout (only unit for now) had a unique promotion. It was something like +10% for 2 trade routes, so I guess it's that...? It's called the Baqt.
One of Markuria Decision is also calle the Baqt?
JEELEN 24 Sep, 2015 @ 1:52am
@Y A R R L A D S My bad. Still spelled wrong in the description above. ;)
jcp011c2 23 Sep, 2015 @ 7:56pm
OMG thank you. Finally the one leader that I couldn't believe hasn't been modded in, has been modded in. Thank you thank you thank you!
JFD  [author] 23 Sep, 2015 @ 4:19pm
@NicaEM That's Seafaring, isn't it?
Tranquil J. Silence Esq. 23 Sep, 2015 @ 12:57pm
@JEELEN Not so, the name Ozymandias was in fact a Greek interpretation of the name Ramesses II
JEELEN 23 Sep, 2015 @ 7:23am
@JFD Nice addition. (Ozymandias - fictitious character, not really related to Egypt.)
