@ValskraaCapo theres a few things you have to do just to make it play nice with the game engine. I'd recommend reading through https://skylines.paradoxwikis.com/Asset_Editor , lots of great of info in there.

I would say making the 3d model is the most time consuming part, getting it into the game doesn't take long at all.

When you create vehicle assets to cities skylines. Do you only need to make the model in Blender and that's it, or do you need to do more? Coming from someone with little experience who wants to create assets :)

I've made an update to it, it's about 10% smaller than it was, had both the old version and the new version next to each and it certainly fits better than it did. My apologies for not getting to it sooner. Life gets in the way.

I actually had to scrap mine last year, and upgraded to a charger. I miss it very much.

i have never seen any of these ever. Do you live in Europe? I live in Canada.
