They conflict because they share a detail map, addon conflicts 99% of the time mean absolutley nothing its usually something as small as a shared directory.

It conflicts with the diamond back? That's because they use one shared texture. Most if not all add-on conflicts are nothing to worry about.

Hit exit/alt f4/ctrl alt del and halt the process through task manager then right click the bottom right steam icon and quick start l4d2.

what i meant was if you download mods for css weapons, you need to restart the game to make it correctly mirrored

well the script was supposed to keep it from being left handed, "BuiltRightHanded" "1" is what lists in the script to keep it from being left handed.

This has nothing to do with scripts, all you need to do is restart L4D2 to make it left handed.
