Not a great mod, the giants being replaced isn't THAT bad, the draugr usually takes it's place and you kill the draugr and it counts as the giant, but now I don't get to fight giants and the saves are corrupt when it's disabled. If the drauger that spawned weren't basic but leveled it would be fun, but they're just basic.

like some already said, the draugrs replace some creatures like giants (bounty quest), mudcrabs (i haven't encountered any mudcrab anymore) and other NPCs and creatures, it's a nice mod, but a shame it replaces other creatures.

This mod is pretty nice buuuuut they replaced Giants. i even had a mission to kill a Giant and it was a lone Draugr who died in 1 shot.

frostbite spiders already appear in the wilderness- usually in the marshes near Morthal.

The Draugr are standing watch over the "WORD WALLS" The Dragon Born (that's you) from gaining the word of power. Without the THU'UM you can't defeat Alduin.

having Draugrs roaming skyrim Does make sense in Lore, with the return of the Dragon Overlords and the ancient nords who once rebelled in life, death has a different meaning for the draugr, since they Un-Dead live to keep the Dragon Priests alive with their undead life essence that regenerates over time.

This is kinda like the zombie mod in FO NV. As I remember, the spawn rate was WAY too high ( as mentioned in the last comment. ) Still, I will download this mod. GG.

First off it's an interesting idea but the spawn rate is WAY too high. And not in the fun or challenging way. It's also running into quest spawns so instead of the monsters I was supposed to fight makeing things a bit strange.

Agreed, night time spawns would be better for the immersion, also tying spawn to relevant weather, foggy or snowy daytime spawns would be acceptable for immersion.

Hey King, yep. I was just coming back after checking and saw you replied. Yeah, must be a conflict obviously but darn if I know where.. what made it worse was STEAM validation acquired a file then still no Draugr.BUT!! I decided to venture forth anyway, and the results are hilar! They are actually a challange now attempting to fight a pair of eyes. the body is till there, and you can see weapons, just not the body. lol. The hit boxes are good to, but targeting is a pain.. but it makes it actually.. unique.. I ll fix it eventually, but for now its to funny!

@Jeorg Ersteman Im going to have to assume that you have another mod installed that is causing some kind of interference, this mod just puts them in the spawn lists of predators and deer/elk, there really isnt much to it. Double check to make sure it is completely deleted from your data files, i've seen mentioned several times that steam workshop sometimes has trouble correctly deleting files and subscribed mods from the game.

After I installed this mod all my Draugrs turned invisible. So I unsubbed and they stayed invisible. I see floating weapons and eyes...

this is awesome! maybe there could be a way to increase/decrease spawn rate...
at first i just saw 1 or 2 randomly on a path and then i came into an area that there were 6 in a team and that was intense.

I probably should have added more information in the description. This mod simply adds low level draugr to the spawn lists of all animal-type predators, as well as deer, elk and a few other wildlife creatures. Draugrs will only spawn when you are nearby, they are not pre-placed. Important NPCs outside of cities and towns theoretically are at some risk, but I have yet to see one be killed.

cool idea but i think it would be better if they only came out at night like vampires but overall very cool
