Alright, so the problem with this mod is that there's a bug with the descriptor files in the mod archive. There are two descriptor files inside when there should be only one. Now one of them is correct, but the other one has a typo in the referenced archive (it's written in uppercase when it should be lowercase). What seems to happen is that the game reads out the wrong descriptor and therefore tries to load up an archive that doesn't exist.

Easiest way to get it to work again is to just make a local copy of the mod and check that the .mod files reference the correct folder.

Got it to work again! There seems to be a typo in the descriptor file. The referenced directory is written in uppercase letters, but it's actually in lowercase.

good news, it shows up and looks awesome. Bad news is it doesnt show Westeros or Essos. Its worth it if you are playing the vanilla game.
