I just removed the train and countiued on.
Yes I did complete the scenario with no problems. Also on reading these comments. Restarted RW and restarted this scenario and found that the Restart trick worked for me also.
Regarding the misinformation topic, had similar a week or so ago with having two Cajon Pass entrys. Once I identified which was listed with the wrong title. Using the associateed rt Nos, all I did was replace the existing route .xml with one from a backup_ problem resolved.
**** Important note for others who may encounter the conflict in start:****
I was restarting the game, as in, going back to main menu and starting again which did not work.
Once I used the "Restart" option when attempting to quit while in the game it worked.

For CPHank, the same thing happened to me, i just restarted it and away it went, justa small hiccup.
