I was stationed there at Fort Lewis Washington (2 Tours) ... Very lovely area if you can stand 4 months of rain...? Seattle the Emerald City is a spectacle into itself with Mount Rainier in the not too distant Background along the Horizon.

The map DOES download, but the map name is "Mount Red". Says so at the bottom of the description.

I actually live in this area, nice to see that someone made a map to this style. I love the standard boreal theme, but this is one step up!

@Grodindon if you come back to cities you should check out the parralel road tool...
It lets you place perfectly parallel highways and track. And "Move it" lets you adjust the height and other fine adjustments. Just saying^^

PLEASE make a map at Modern day Government Camp Oregon, Right at the foot of a 11,249ft tall mountain! (Or Cascade locks maybe Hood river?)

yup it occured to me too sometime :l "- When I start the map ingame sometimes there is a bug of the terrain that makes a huge peak near the highway, a mod for leveling terrain is required to get rid of it I guess. "

This is a really nice looking map, except (for me at least) there's a giant land spike thing in between the highways towards the west end of the map. It's still playable, but i just cant ignore that ugly glitchy thing

Looks like maybe this doesn't work anymore? Had it before and had one city and worked fine. Came back today and it wouldn't show up. Unsubed and re subed and same thing :-/

As someone who lives in the Greater Vancouver Area (British Columbia, Canada) I can't overly relate to this in my day to day. After a drive of anything over 2 hours, however, the terrain and scenery very closely resembles this map, especially travelling north along the coast.

I wanted this to work so badly - I am a proud PNW native and resident - but the edges of the map have horribly shaped roads with unrealistically steep slops, rail lines are poorly laid out... I wish it look more realistic.
