Happy voting :D
There is a poll of the best mods of AoW3 and More Colors for Coat of Arms has been selected among the top 20.
You can rate it and the other 19 mods here: https://www.the-battlefield.com/aow3/index.php?page=bf_poll&pollnumber=27

Otherwise, ore base colours are a nice idea, thanks. :)
More Colors for Coat of Arms is already in the list as it ended up #11 of the previous ranking! :)
You'll have to create the Frost Specialization folder manually, but I'm not sure if it is even required.
Just paste this URL in it.
I love Triumph but it's a bit dumb that they gave us such limited choices for faction colors, it led to a lot of conflicts when trying to create custom games.
Now enjoy and don't worry, be happy!
I sound nervous, but I've already changed a ton of leaders to your great colors, so I'll just live with it. ^_^
And if I remove them one day, I will probably make them available elsewhere and I'll give the link here, or will give the ownership to someone here to keep supporting and providing them.
In any case, I'll do my best to avoid the problems you're suggesting.
Do you know if AoWIII does the same? Because that could cause terrifying problems with my beloved leaders. :P
To avoid this, replace all the mod colors by vanilla ones on your leaders and eventually start a new game, save and go back to the main menu te replace the last player leader appearing there, all this before uninstalling the mod.
About saves made with leaders which were using different background mod colors, I don't know how the game will manage them after uninstalling if your replaced these different background mod colors with the same vanilla one, but I suppose that the game will automatically replace one of them (in the current game) with another vanilla color, like it do when you choose two leaders using a same background color when you start a new vanilla game.
I tried it and you are right. My last game was with a leader with extra colors. I started a new game with a «vanilla leader» and it fixed the problem.
You have to start a new game with a leader using vanilla colors, save and then come back to the main menu before uninstalling the mod.
This isn't a bug nor something I can fix; this is like in any game, when you add content and then remove it, if you still have references to what has been removed in the game or saves, there will be holes and/or crashes.
PS: Sorry for my poor English.
