so i think i figured out how to make these spawn in reandom generated maps, can i use some of these to make a mod that does that? or maybe you already know of one that does?

I cut up the ancient sphere to create a ring in my planets map, then painted the inside with voxels to make landscapes:

Glad to see you put these out there, thought I was going to have to come out of "retirement" since we seem to be getting flooded with imported 3d objects for asteroids. :)

@Colonel Nerd, you could always use the natural gravity mod by Digi. i should warn you that it affects players too, even when your jetpack is on and it doesnt require any blocks. just get within the asteroids bounding box and type /create ng

Last asteroid / planet for gravity is CNT01 also Mars :)

If you place asteroid for gravity, then on top is hole into center, you can build generator also in survival.

I forgot about gravity asteroids, thank you so much! Quick question, how do the spherical gravity generators maintain power in survival? Should we just pop into creative mode every once in awhile and go down and reload the generator?
